o Responsible for developing web based applications for Distributed Order Management system.

o Responsible to lead a team of 1 to 3 members in US and a team of 3 to 5 in India and manage their development tasks for release to release.

o The person will be developing and/or supervising development of n-tier applications using Java, EJB, JSP, and XML technologies.

o Will be required to co-ordinate development efforts and work with Off shore development center.





Position Requirements:

o BS required, MS degree preferred

o Should have 7 - 10 years of development experience and at least 3 years of EJB development experience. Experience managing small team would be a plus

o Should have solid experience in developing large web based distributed systems.

o Must have experience with Java Server Pages, Servlets, JSF, JMS and JDBC.

o Should be able to write SQL statements, as well as Oracle stored procedures

o Should have experience with Weblogic or WebSphere application server

o Should be self-motivated, determined to meet deadlines as well as able to make decisions independently to achieve them. Should understand business and performance requirements of the application

o Should have good communication skills to work with both internal and external customers

o Experience with WebSphere MQ, HTML and CSS is a plus

o Experience designing and implementing Distributed Order Management (DOM) is a PLUS
